Swallow Suite ( Family Suite ), Sleeps up to 4, Twin, Double bed, Luxury Full Bathroom.
Nuthatch Suite, Sleeps 2, King Size Bed, Luxury Ensuite Shower Room.
Woodpecker Suite, Sleeps 2, Double bed. Luxury Ensuite Shower Room.

Double Occupancy: £37 to £45 per person per night.
Single Occupancy : £40 to £55 per night.

Discounts for Children and for 3 nights or more.

Provisional telephone and email booking are held for 5 days.

Suites available from 3pm (please confirm time of arrival), guests are asked to vacate by 10am on day of departure.
A deposit of a third is required when booking, final balance due on departing.
Cancellation insurance is strongly advised asked Linda for more details.
In case of a cancellation the deposit will be return, £10 will be taken for administration,
if we are unable to re-let the Suite, you will asked for up to two thirds of the cost of your stay with us.
One night booking are required to pay full amount on reserving the Suite

Information, terms and conditions of self catering.

1. All tariff's include electricity, central heating, the first basket of logs, bed linen and towels.
2. A deposit of a third is required when booking. Balance 28 days before holiday commences.
3. Please telephone and confirm Cottage or Barn and dates required. Telephone and email bookings are held for 5 days.
4. The properties are available from 3p.m and guests are asked to vacate by 10a.m on the day of departure
5. Please ring a few days prior to arrival to let us know approximate time of arrival.
6. Please kindly leave the property, furniture and equipment in the same condition that it was found, Please report any breakages.
7. A pet by arrangement only. Handley Cottage welcomes pets, (sorry, not the Cider Barn), dogs £20 per week. Pets must not be left in the Cottage unattended.
8. We cannot accept liability for injury sustained by any visitor, nor for the loss or damage to any property brought onto the premises.
9. Non payment of the balance on the due date will be treated as a cancellation
10. In the event of a cancellation £10 will be taken for administration, you will be liable to pay the balance of the total amount due if it is not possible to re-let accommodation. We will forward with the receipt an appropriate form regarding cancellation insurance to cover this eventuality. We strongly advise you take out this cancellation insurance.
11. The Cottage will not accommodate more than the stated number of beds. Only persons listed on the booking form are allowed to sleep in the accommodation.
12. Proprietors reserve the right to enter the property if necessary during your stay.
