Self Catering Cottages
Both Cottages are superbly equipped with colour T.V., DVD, video, log burners for those chilly evenings (first basket of logs free), central heating, electric cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, auto¹ washingmachine/tumble dryer, bed linen, towels (bath & hand). Electricity and central heating are included in the tariff. Beds are made up for you on arrival and a cot, high chair and stair gate are available. Freezer in games room for guests use.

Handley Cottage sleeps 4 people in a self-contained wing of the lovely old farmhouse. The entrance porch leads into a hallway; sitting room with feature fireplace, woodburner and cottage suite. The kitchen/diner and cloakroom (shower added 06) are off the hall. Upstairs, are 2 bedrooms (one double, one twin) and bathroom with bath, washbasin & W.C. Outside is a pretty little South facing garden with tables & chairs and a barbecue is available.
| The Cider Barn is extremely spacious, sleeping 6 people in comfort. As you step inside, there is a beautifully appointed open plan kitchen, which has wonderful far reaching views; sitting room with exposed beams and log burner; 2 ground floor bedrooms (one with 4 poster, double bed and a twin bedroom with W.C. and wash basin). |

A second twin room is the only upstairs room; ground floor bathroom with bath, separate shower, washbasin & W.C. A door opens onto the South facing patio with garden furniture and its own large, private garden. A barbecue is available. |
Fresh flowers await you with a tea tray with Lindas home made flapjacks, local apple juice and local homemade sweets.
