Facilities at Handley
Handley Coarse Fishing Lakes
are well-stocked with Mirror and Common Carp, Roach, Tench and
Bream. They are only for the use of our residents and can be
used all year round. When exploring this tranquil spot, you
may be joined by a shy roe deer,
kingfisher, woodpecker, heron, rabbit or fox. Children must always be accompanied by an adult. No ground bait, only live maggot or casters, sweetcorn, bread or luncheon meat.
Fishing rods are available for hire. |

| A popular attraction is our Games Barn with table tennis, pool table, table skittles & darts etc.
Plus its own log burner for colder days |
We are only a short drive (10 minutes) from
Bampton or Wiveliscombe which have good shopping facilities
(open till late), Post Office, Garage, etc. Taunton, the county
town is approx¹ 35 minutes drive and there is a bus route
passing the entrance to Handley Farm.
Leisure pursuits include:- WALKING, RIDING, FISHING, SAILING,
CYCLING, SWIMMING, GOLF, or why not simply try........ RELAXING!!
Bicycle store available, drying facilities available for
guests who enjoy outdoor country pursuits. |
